Abstract
Any modern organization is first and foremost a social composition of human beings, where it is necessary that there is a structure, a hierarchy necessary to achieve the goals that the organization proposes. Because they are human beings, the essential factor of behavior is to facilitate new forms of communication and leadership that affect the organizational climate. Being able to know and discover how the organizational communication and leadership in the work climate of the small textile industrial company affects is undoubtedly of great relevance since it will allow us to know the labor reality of this important labor sector, it is worth mentioning that the small industrial company it has not been studied systematically, neither theoretically nor empirically at a communicative level, despite the advances in this matter that are supported by medium and large corporations and multinationals.
In the organizations several studies have been developed and in a very special way by those that pretend to understand the inside of the small industrial company, within these factors is the communication and the organizational climate. In Mexico, very little has been written about measuring the organizational climate of small and medium enterprises, all efforts are directed at large companies, this research analyzes the organizational climate of SMEs in the textile industry in the state of Hidalgo, in the group relationships of the members of these organizations, which condition the way they perceive their work environment.
