Abstract
This work was carried out by the ministerial community of Los Llanos University, where an intervention focused on active breaks was carried out to promote the health and physical safety of administrative workers; This intervention began in April of this year and ended in July, the interventions carried out were focused on the prevention and promotion of chronic non-communicable diseases, among which carpal tunnel syndrome and low back pain are the most common in these clerical workers
